How Zeus works and how to use it
What is Zeus?
Zeus is a project-level dashboard that answers one question: “What should I work on next?”
It is NOT a replacement for Todoist or Google Calendar. It sits above both, pulling in tasks, events, and emails to give you a unified ranked view of all your projects based on how urgently each one needs attention.
Zeus does
- Rank projects by urgency
- Track “where did I leave off?”
- Show what needs attention
- Filter by machine/category
Todoist does
- Manage granular tasks
- Track due dates on tasks
- Organize task priorities
- Handle recurring tasks
Key idea
Every time you finish a work session, log a status update. This resets the staleness clock and leaves a breadcrumb for future you.
